At St. Lucy School, it is our aim that each student grow in his/her love of God, learn according to his/her God-given ability, feel accepted, develop self-esteem and grow in awareness of the needs of others in our challenging and ever-changing society. We recognize the uniqueness of each child as we foster life-long spiritual, intellectual, social, psychological and physical growth, in a safe and stimulating classroom setting.

St. Lucy School celebrates its 60th Anniversary in the 2009-2010 school year of "Sharing the Light of Faith and Knowledge" in the Long Beach community.

Attention St. Lucy School Parents, Family,  Alumni, Friends and Community

We are currently looking for volunteers for the St. Lucy School 60th Anniversary Committee. We are planning a few small events plus one big event celebration for the 60th Anniversary school year 2009-2010. St. Lucy School is surrounded by talented individuals who hold St. Lucy School close to their hearts. If you would like to sign up as a volunteer, please call or email us. Please note: Current school parents will receive volunteer hours for working on this anniversary committee.

*and most of all, we need everyone to volunteer YOUR fresh & new ideas to make the 60th Anniversary of St. Lucy School a success!
